The Master Trainings are the center of the CODE I 21 Sales Development Program. They are the core competence training for developing the new CONVERSATIONAL SKILLS in order to address the current BUYING CODES of modern decision-makers in today’s markets. They are divided into two main components.

- The basic concepts including the structure, architecture, and design of the CODE I 21 conversation model
- The various DISC conversation models for different sales scenarios.
- The dialogue framework with conversation tools and dialogue elements for modeling the conversation strategies.
